Therefore, customers can get the most current market prices for most items. invoguetx.com does not offer any price guarantee or protection. invoguetx.com is not responsible for any typo on the web site and reserves the right to change the prices of any item at any time.

If you see any price that should be more competitive or not the same as advertised elsewhere byinvoguetx.com, please contact us so that we may consider updating it! We sometimes depend on customers and visitors to ensure that all the  items we carry are competitive.


invoguetx.com does not charge sales tax EXCEPT for Texas shipping addresses, who, however, may enjoy a lower shipping cost because of shorter distance. The current tax rate is 8.25%. Both labor charges and shipping (freight, delivery, or postage) are also taxable according to State of Texas rules.

Texas resellers and tax-exempted identities who wish not to be charged with Texas sales tax can make tax exemption claims either by placing the Tax-Free item in the Discount & Options section or by leaving the permit number in the comment section of the Order Page. You must fax a copy of resale certificate or tax exemption form to us to qualify before products can be shipped.

Repeated, large-volume buyers are encouraged to contact us to get volume price breaks or open an account. This applies to academic, corporate, government, and reseller buyers.

Shipping Methods and Policy

Shipping Methods and Policy


Most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 2PM CST, paid with credit card without complication and except Mondays. Exceptions to this policy are expensive consumer items, items that are specifically designated as "Normally shipped in 1-3 business days" in the item descriptions and drop shipped items. Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day except Mondays. invoguetx.com offers several shipping choices to fit the customer's needs. We currently ship by UPS for a majority of shipments, FedEx for systems, US Postal Services only for APO/FPO and non-continental USA addresses, and a trucking company only for large packages. Directron.com does drop shipping for reseller customers. See Shipping Options for more details.

UPS: The most inexpensive way to ship is by UPS Ground. UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS's web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Houston, Texas, and the published UPS rates. A nominal charge is added for the packaging materials ($0.25-$3 depending on package size), labor and handling ($1-5 per order), and insurance ($1-5 per order). Due to problems on our server and UPS's web site, the calculated shipping cost is occasionally, although rarely, wrong and invoguetx.com reserves the right to correct such mistakes.

Texas residents: It usually takes only one business day (excluding Saturday) for UPS to deliver UPS Ground packages to most Texas locations from Houston, with the exception of the panhandle area where it may take two days. Therefore, UPS Ground is sufficient for most Texas locations and it is not necessary to ship items with UPS Next Day Air, Two Day Air or Three Day Select services. You may save a significant amount of money on the cost of shipping. UPS does not guarantee delivery date by any shipping method to residential addresses. Nevertheless, we found that the one-day delivery by UPS Ground shipping was reasonably reliable to most Texas locations.

For residents in neighboring states such as Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico: It usually takes UPS Ground only two business days (excluding Saturday) to deliver to those locations. Use your judgment if you want to take a chance and save shipping cost with UPS Ground or pay a little more with UPS 3-Day select that has a guaranteed 3-day delivery.

US POSTAL SERVICES: At this time, we use Postal Services only for shipping to APO/FPO and non-continental USA addresses. FAQ on APO & FPO Shipping.

We currently offer only USPS Priority Mail, which should take 2-3 business days for delivery. We may soon offer USPS Parcel Post, which is equivalent in cost and delivery time to UPS Ground. Shipping and delivery confirmation email is provided once a package is shipped and delivered with tracking numbers. Once received, you can use the tracking number to track a USPS package here.

All USPS shipment may be delayed 1-2 business days. USPS does deliver on Saturdays free of extra charge.

FEDERAL EXPRESS: FedEx is the best way to ship systems since FedEx is much gentler to the packages than UPS. You can now track your package with your Directron.com order number. However, currently FedEx tracking confirmation is not sent automatically and FedEx is more expensive than UPS. We offer only FedEx 3 Day Express Saver option. FedEx 2nd Day and Next Day would be much more expensive. You may request them in the Comment section of the order form.


The more you buy, the less your shipping cost is as a percentage of your total amount and on a per unit basis. For example, shipping one keyboard may cost $10, however shipping four keyboards may cost only $20 ($5 per keyboard).

Shipping cost goes up almost exponentially in the sequence of UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. UPS does NOT guarantee air delivery to residential addresses. Check the estimated UPS Ground delivery time before choosing a shipping method. Saturday delivery is available from UPS but is very expensive.

All UPS shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by UPS. Invoguetx.com is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company.

Choose the Adult Signature Required option if you don't want the UPS driver to leave your package at your doorstep, which is often important for residential deliveries to apartment complexes where you don't expect anybody home during regular UPS delivery hours. invoguetx.com is NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by UPS drivers.

We have made it very easy for you to check the status of your order and track your shipment during transit with UPS. When you place your order, you are given an Order Number. Your purchase order and order number will be confirmed with an e-mail. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you near mid-night on the date your package is shipped. During transit of your package, you may enter the Order Number into the lower form on our home page (www.invoguetx.com) and click the Track button. A separate window will pop up and take you to the UPS site for the tracking information. Or you can try it right here:

NON-CONTINENTAL USA ADDRESSES: Yes, we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands addresses, using UPS Air (NextDay or 2nd Day) or US Postal Service. Our online shipping calculation may be wrong for these addresses, and manual correction may be required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Online ordering is available only to US addresses including HI, AK, PR, GU, and VI, and Canadian addresses. We do ship to all other countries/regions provided that the customer prepays the order, including all shipping expenses. Customers are responsible for duties if any. Shipping charges for international destinations outside North America are quite high and must be prepaid. Our online shipping calculation may be wrong for international shipping and manual correction may be needed. Please use only USA or Canada-based e-mail addresses for online ordering. E-mail addresses with other countries/regions will not be accepted on the ordering pages.

FAQ about International Orders.

DROP SHIPPING: To expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship products directly from the manufacturer or our distributors to our customers. We call this type of shipping "drop shipping (ds). We send the customer an e-mail if any of the ordered items are drop shipped. Unfortunately, we currently do not provide online tracking for drop shipped packages. The customer needs to call us if tracking is necessary. invoguetx.com does not adjust the shipping cost to customer's orders because of the change in shipping distance as a result of the drop shipping.

WALK-IN CUSTOMERS: Yes we do allow customers to pick up their order to save shipping cost. However, we strongly suggest customers place an order first to allow us time to prepare the order. That will save you time when you are waiting. Please allow at least two hours after placing an order and 3-4 hours on Mondays. You should select "Pick-up. No Shipping Charge" as the shipping method on your order. If there is a shipping charge on your order, we will remove it once we process your order. FAQ for Walk-In Customers.

Return For Credit Policy

TIME LIMITS:

We guarantee 30-day money back for most items.
No returns for credit after the time limits will be accepted. These time limits do not offset in any way the warranty of the products. See Warranty Policy for more details.

OTHER LIMITS:
Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
Any physically damaged or defaced items are not refundable. Only unopened  packages are accepted for return for credit. Restocking fees may be applicable to certain items. See Restocking Fees page for more details.


PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING FOR CREDIT:
When returning items for credit, make an online return authorization first. After receiving your Return Authorization number (the same as the new order number), send the item(s) to invoguetx.com together with a copy of the original invoice, a copy of the Return Authorization confirmation, and ALL the original packaging materials.

Partial returns are acceptable. Write down "Return for Credit" on the cover of the package. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning items to us for any reason. You may send an e-mail to service@invoguetx.com to alert the returns department and to check the status of your credit. You may choose store credit or refund for the credit. Please note that regulations allow only credit to your credit card account if you paid with a credit card.

Credit and refunding are handled by our Credit Department, which may take 1-14 business days to confirm and complete after the goods are received.

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (missing items, wrong items, etc.) must be submitted to our Customer care department within three (3) business days after delivery. You must notify our Customer care department by either e-mail or telephone and keep the packaging and the items involved in the claim at hand (even if they are broken). We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (3) business days.
 
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
 
NOTE: Return authorization is required. Email us at info@invoguetx.com or call us at 713.953.1911 prior to shipping your package back. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.

RMA

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy


Please read Warranty Policy first before sending items back to us. If you believe that the product you received is defective and your warranty has not expired, you must first send an online RMA request to obtain a RMA number as if you are placing a new order. The RMA Order number will allow us to track your return much easier and faster. After receiving your RMA order number, pack the defective item(s) very well with all the original packaging.

Customer must package the products properly. invoguetx.com is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee.

We suggest that customers obtain a receipt for any packages shipped back to us. invoguetx.com is NOT responsible for any package lost during shipping.

The time it takes for us to send you the replacement products depends on several factors.
1. What kind of products.
2. What caused the defects?
3. How fast our vendor/manufacturer would send us the replacement.
4. Whether it's a repair or a replacement.(.
5. How long have you received the product?


invoduetx.com is responsible for the cost of shipping the replaced item back to customers via UPS Ground. Customer will be responsible for upgrades to UPS Next-day air, 2nd-day air, or 3-day select. invoguetx.com does not offer cross-shipping.

Should an item be out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with an equal or better product.
We also reserve the right to substitute items with different brands of products of equal or better quality with the same or higher prices without additional cost to the customers.

Replacement situations do not happen very often. When it does, we will try to contact customers via e-mail or phone before shipping, although it may not always be possible. To avoid delays and for items that substitution issue often arises, customers may choose the Yes or No to the "Substitution OK" option, for items that substitution may occur. Alternatively, customers placing orders may leave a message in the comment section to indicate whether replacement/substitution is acceptable.

Substitution will be done with items that are of equal specification, quality, brand and price whenever possible. If there is a price difference, invoguetx.com will refund the difference.

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Warranty Forfeiture

Warranty is not granted if a product is received without original invoice. Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void manufacturer's warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage.

Customers have 7 days from the date you accepted delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped, damages due to shipping, and shipping error. invoguetx.com is not responsible for any of these problems after 7 calendar days.

If a discrepancy is found, please file an online Discrepancy Report (D/R) within 7 days after receipt. If shipping damage is discovered, please file an online Shipping Damage Report (SDR).

GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION: Any dispute arising out of, or related to the sales transaction between invoguetx.com and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. invoguetx.com and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of Texas, Harris County, to resolve any dispute between them, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. The Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against invoguetx.com that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

POLICY AGAINST COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS: invoguetx.com does not intentionally, willingly, or knowingly buy, sell, distribute or manufacturer any counterfeit products that are in violation of US copyright laws. We require all of our venders and manufacturers to make the same pledge.

OEM AND RETAIL PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS: Some manufacturers place limitations on certain versions of OEM or retail products to certain markets. We post such limitations to the best of our knowledge on our web site. invoguetx.com believes that it's up to the buyer to make a decision on whether they meet such manufacturer requirements. It's almost impossible for us to screen all customers for this purpose. By placing an order with invoguetx.com, the buyer agrees that the buyer has qualified for such products and invoguetx.com is not responsible for any subsequent problems, if any.
